Plus, it's quick and easy to make, so you can enjoy a nutritious breakfast even on your busiest mornings. So, let's get cooking and start your day off right!

Things you will need:

5 containers

1-2 stovetop pans

Air fryer or oven

Baking sheet

30 minutes of time

Good music jams to make cooking even more enjoyable!!

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs or 1 1/2 cups egg whites

  • 1 pound ground sausage

  • 32 oz diced hash brown potatoes or 4 medium white potatoes, if you'd like to dice them yourself

  • 1 1/4 cup shredded cheese of choice

  • Optional: vegetables you would like to add to your eggs

Directions:

1. Start by cooking your diced hash brown potatoes.

  • If using the oven: preheat oven to 425 degrees. Once preheated, lay out diced hash brown potatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Stirring them half way through.

  • If using an air fryer, cook your diced hash brown potatoes at 400 degrees, for 20-22 minutes. Stirring half way through.

2. While your potatoes are cooking, brown your sausage in 1 stovetop pan over medium heat. In your second pan, lightly spray with a nonstick spray. If you are adding vegetables to your eggs, saute these first. Then add your eggs or egg whites once the vegetables are tender and scramble together. Cook throughly.

3. Once your sausage is browned, you can drain off any remaining fat and set the sausage pan aside.

4. Lastly, once your potatoes are cooked, you will assemble your bowls. To do this you will divide your potatoes out among your 5 containers, roughly 1 cup, maybe a little more, in each container. You will then divide out your cooked sausage, about 1/3 c to each container. After your sausage is added, divide out your egg scramble evenly to your 4 containers. Finally, top with 1/4 cup of cheese.

You can always add salt, pepper, salsa, etc per personal preference.

ENJOY by microwaving for 2-3 minutes if refrigerated or about 5 minutes if from frozen.

*Eat refrigerated bowls within 5-7 days or put in a freezer safe container for 2-3 months.
